Very poor service, didn't accept an incorrect description of product therefore had to pay for return postage.

To assist our customers in choosing the correct item we do measure and inspect all of our items before they are listed for sale. This has not worked for you this time, which is extremely frustrating when you are matching china. Your comments have been passed on so as we develop our website we will review if this needs to be made clearer. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a free returns service.

Vous n'avez pas été facturé pour l'affranchissement. Nous vous avons remboursé pour la commande complète. £ 28.40 pour l'assiette et £ 9.35 frais d'envoi sortant faisant un total de £ 37.75.

Repeated requests for feedback drive one mad!
I was extremely satisfied with a purchase made from Chinasearch and I told you so on a previous feedback request - yesterday. To repeat the same process on a second purchase is just harassment. Constant requests for feedback for simple purchases is very annoying and puts one off using the service.
I am sorry this happened. We have changed this now so if more than one order is placed per month only one feedback request will be sent.

Goods never arrived. China search has the responsibility to get it to me yet I was asked to contact the post office and chase it. Not impressed.

Unfortunately I cannot rate my purchases as they still haven't arrived. I needed them for this coming weekend particularly so naturally I am disappointed.
I am glad that you order has now arrived and I have been able to speak to you. The courier should have left a card to let you know delivery had been attempted and that you parcel was ready for collection at the Post Office.

Asked for order to be held until the items I also wanted were found, was refused this service (despite the company name being CHINASEARCH (not CHINASELL)...Considering that CHINASEARCH offer a posting service overseas, this eems like an obvious addition to their armoury. ESPECIALLY when they charge OVER the normal rates for postage to Australia. All in all NOT HAPPY...would not choose to deal with this company again.

The product is good and the delivery time was also good but the price of postage was far too high. I was charged an exorbitant rate because my postal code is Highland, yet Royal Mail was used for delivery, which does not vary its charges for postage to anywhere in Britain. I will not be using Chinasearch again because of this.
We have checked the postage and you should have only paid £4.95 as this order was sent via Royal Mail not by Courier. I have refunded the difference back into your account and can only apologise for this error.
