It is not possible to be communicate with Chinasearch. Did not respond to my emails.
I did not received my order, because someone make mistake and write value of this two pieces china multiply 100 times and Canadian CBSA charge me $155.85 CDN duty. I refuse to pay, asking Canada Post to return to CBSA for additional revue of charges. That was happened at July 11, 2019. I send email to sender to, but since that no respond. I send all evidence to CBSA too, but I did not know where is my package now. Chinasearch refund me for my order, but I still want buy this two pieces, problem is I did not know if my first order will be still delivered to me or not. If I know order was returned to sender, I will be place order again, but I did not know and I don't want double order to delivered to me. In that situation their service was terrible, because no communication between us.
We are really sorry that there have been problems with your order passing through customs, it must be dreadful to receive an incorrect customs bill. Thank you for refusing to accept the goods they have now been returned to us and your order refunded.
Our IT department are looking into why our customer service emails didn't reach you, and we have put a note on our records to telephone you in future if there any issues with your new order - hopefully there will not be.

The fault was not with you but your delivery company. I did report on the day it arrived to say that the parcel had been dropped over a locked gate even though it was clearly marked fragile! The contents were fine.

I had no issues with the service other than the Items were listed as 'Side plates' and when they arrived they were 'Salad Plates'

I am giving one star only to your excellent service due to grossly excessive postage cost to N Ireland .After all we are part of U kingdom .
Thank you for your feedback. Our courier charges an extra £11 surcharge on orders going to Northern Ireland. We know this is not satisfactory and are continuing to look at other couriers that would be cheaper.

Items were broken when I opened the package and they could not be used!

Disappointing
Despite waiting two weeks my order has not arrived, apparently sent by Royal Mail as oppose to Parcel force.
I have agreed to wait a further week in the hope that it appears, though I am not holding out any great expectation of that happening.
I am sorry to hear that you have not recieved your order which should have arrived by now. As we do not any more bowls in stock we have now refunded the order.
Thank you for arranging my refund which I have received.
It is unfortunate that the pieces ordered went missing, but was appreciated that once you were aware of the problem did a follow up telephone call a week later to see if the items had arrived.
My experience would not stop me using Chinasearch in the future.

The milk jug is not suitable for milk due to the deep holes at handle join.
The jug arrived safely. It was well strapped into the box and was unlikely to be damaged if the box was dropped. However, I would not have described it as in very good condition as in the place of the usual slight hollows where the handle was joined to the jug, there were deep holes which would be difficult, probably impossible to clean. Although this was a manufacturing fault, not later damage, it still makes the jug unsaleable and certainly not in good condition.
I would like to return the jug and a return of my money.

I am glad I have been able to speak to you today. Some jugs have indents inside where the handle is fixd on the outside. This is just the way some jugs are manufacturerd. I am glad we have been able to sort this out for you.

I shall NOT be using Chinasearch again thanks to dreadful delivery service
By changing the method /delivery agent for packages to Austria. The current delivery agent GLS has three times failed to deliver the parcel even though I have been at home. Further they have then claimed to have left a card informing where I am to collect the Parcel, this is blatantly untrue, b cause a) no such missive was ever left in my post box, and b) as can be seen from the pdf of the so called delivery message the GLS delivery boy did not even know my name!!!
So he certainly did not ring the bell at TROFAIER at Brahmsplatz 7/6a in the 4th District of Vienna.
It is a short walk to the Post Office from where I live, THREE times now I have had to take a taxi to collect the Chinasearch parcel due to the non-delivery of your chosen delivery agent!

Package never arrived. I don’t understand why your honored company do not use traceable mail service for every order. ( Pricerate for a traceable small package at Royalmail is not that much higher than non-traceable service) Please use traceable mail service in the future.
I have been looking for this mug for years. But now it’s lost....

I still have not received my purchace
I am sorry to hear you have not received your order. Orders to South Africa do sometimes take a bit longer. I can see from the tracking it is now in the Delivery Depot in South Africa so should be with you shortly.
Thank you for your response. Are the goods sent by ship that it takes so long? The delivery cost was high I felt and I expected that the goods would come by air.
All overseas are sent via airmail. I can see from the tracking it is now at the delivery depot and will be prepared for delivery.
With all due respect when I come to the UK it is an overnight flight. It is already 3 weeks since this was sent and I still don't have my goods!
I am pleased to hear you have received your order and everything arrived in good condition.

Lost parcel ??
I have not received the item - emailed them last week & have been asked to wait until mid week this week & if it does not arrive to let them know & they will refund me - I'd rather they tried to trace the parcel actually !!
I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your order and it did not go as smoothly as it should have done. This was sent via Royal Mail, we are unable to track orders sent this way. I can see that you were refunded the full amount on the 4 December.
