Time to contact the credit card company.

Full marks for the china, nil for customer service.
Normally I would have given 5 stars. Sadly on this occasion the customer service was appalling, the representative was so rude it took my breath away. I was wrongly sent an email saying the teapot had been dispatched and when it didn't arrive i rang to ask what has happened to it. Firstly I was accused of already having received it and then of ordering two teapots!! Eventually the assistant apologised. The teapot finally arrived in perfect condition and excellently wrapped, I have not complaints about the china, just the incredibly rude customer service.

Product arrived quickly but very disappointed with the appearance. Very faded patterning when compared to brand new. I expected some defects but washed out. It’s in the back of the cupboard-

Description was as Coffee cup but I received a mocha/espresso cup. The description had the measurements of the smaller cup but I didn’t check these, gathered it would be the correct one as size difference is not big.

Item was damaged despite it being classed as good
The item whilst described as good arrived with a small crack in the bottom of the cup which was tea stained. similar to the one I was replacing. The item provided had no "ring" to it whentested so very disappointed I might as well have stayed with my original.

Thank you for your feedback. I have tracked your order and it is currently had been held at the Stoke Depot. They have not been able to delivery it as the delivery address given was incomplete. If you let me know the number on West Road I will pass it onto the depot so they can get it out to you. It could do this as soon as possible otherwise the parcel will be sent back to us.

8 weeks for delivery
I ordered a teapot and tea cup set on 21st April 2020. I was told it would take 4 weeks given the current circumstances which I understood. However 4 weeks had passed and nothing was received, neither was there any update from the company. After having contacting them myself I finally received an update and had the items delivered on 14th June (8 weeks later).
This was meant to be a gift, but due to it taking 1 month longer than expected I was unable to gift this to the intended person.
Thank you for your feedback. we can only apologise that this order did not go a smoothly as it should have done. The delay was due to a 4 week shutdown at the factory which should have been communicated to you.

Don't buy new blue room spode china and expect the quality of past products
Its not really the fault of china search but the quality of the items I received was very disappointing.Despite the fact that spode claim the quality of their blue room products,now made in china,is equal to that of their uk manufactured products,this is simply not true.The china is thicker and the printing less well defined
