Difficult to rate; in fact I had been looking for this plate for ages [ broke one in a set ] and had registered with you about it and received confirmation. You failed to notify me, so I would have missed it had I not happened to search anyway.
I am delighted to get my missing plate in good order, but feel that your system to notify people needs attention!

No mention that there were several sizes of side plate and this one was smaller than the saucer, totally useless as a replacement.

Compared to most on-line companies today it seems to take Chinasearch far too long for goods to be packed and despatched.
To use Royal Mail also adds considerably to the time for goods to arrive.
The day I ordered from Chinasearch I also ordered several other items on-line and these all arrived from next morning to two days later (with no postage to pay) yet Chinasearch delivery was 3 further days later and there had been postage to pay.
Sorry we have not met your expectations on this occasion. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If you ever require your order sooner please call our Sales Team on 01926 512402.
We do show our postage charges separately as opposed to increasing the product price.

I was very disappointed that I had taken hours to fill in all the china I wanted to sell and yet had a reply back within it seemed like minutes after you opened, that NONE was wanted. This is not the first time I have tried to sell and buy. The buying was easy, but the selling non-existent. How do you get your stock, if not from buying from us?

It is not always possible for us to buy all items offered to us. Our Purchasing Team buy specific items and patterns based on the current requirements of our customers. The demand for patterns can fluctuate a great deal, and if there is not enough demand for an item, our team will be unable to make an offer for it.

Ringing to point out the error below the response was not as helpful as I would expect. Focussed on telling me I was wrong when I suggested they had shown 2 jugs at some point and said 'impossible' but didn't actually apologise for their error even though I said we would keep it rather than send it back at their expense. Good Customer Relations would be to say send £5 as a token gesture as either if they had priced it as a bigger jug it had been overpriced and/or if we had said 'not what we ordered so you can pay for us to send it back and refund us' that would also have cost them.
We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our response when you called us about your jug. We have checked our system, and do not seem to have any record of having stocked a larger version of this jug. We would like to apologise that our methods of measuring capacities (filling to the brim) are not made clear on the website – we will take steps to rectify this. If you would like to return the jug, please get in touch and we will make arrangements for its return.
You are now on search for a larger version of the jug – and we will keep you updated with the progress of our search.

I am sorry that you did not receive the original order but pleased to see that the replacements have now been delivered. Due to the nature of the order there is not a tracking facility that is cost effective for a small order.

I paid by Paypal, and made it clear that the parcel was to be addressed and sent to a friend. Your software allowed that, but in fact the parcel was addressed to me at that friend's house. As she was not there, it caused problems when she came to collect it from the Post Office.
Really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have looked into this and found there is a problem with our system. We are working to rectify this as soon as possible. Many thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We understand the cost of postage, packaging and insurance can seem a little steep, particularly on smaller items like saucers. We choose the most reasonably priced method we can to ensure that your items arrive on time and intact, which at the moment is Royal Mail.

I am pleased we have been able to find the teacup for you.In your feedback you say that you feel the length of time it has taken to fulfil your requirement is excessive given the claims made by Chinasearch.In order to improve our customer service we would be grateful if you could tell us where or how the claim was made to you as it is not our usual practice to indicate how long it may take to source individual items, given how widely the timescales for finding different patterns can vary.

I have to mark low because I was waiting 6 months and only got the item because I checked their website and found a feedback from someone else dated March 2013 thanking them for the very same item after just a month of waiting. I complained and to their credit acted very quickly to put things right. Very pleased to get the replacement bowl at the end of the day so Poor seems harsh but neither was it Good.
