Delivery of item ordered was fine. However, I had problems changing my search, thought I'd managed to change it, and then had email asking me to confirm search for both what I now wanted and what I don't now want
Thank you for your feedback. There are 2 versions of this pattern. One has a thick line round the top of the cup and one a thin line. You were on for both versions so this may have caused the confusion. I can see you have had the thick line in the past, we will know when we find these cups.

Didn’t realise there was a long lead time at time of placing order
It was wedding gift so delivery date was key

Extremely long delivery time
Order was great, packaging was fantastic but 6 months delivery time is off putting.

Straightforward order process for a product which is not widely available.
It took a very long time to deliver my order. This may be because of the difficulty of getting the products from Germany in the first place, or the need to wait until there was a big enough collective order to put to the manufacturers. Could have been explained, though.

Not quite like the ones I purchased 20 years ago
Let me say first that I'm very grateful to have the 5 additional Arctic White dinner plates. The reasons I didn't feel I could give more stars are that it took 6 months for my order to be filled and the plates are much thicker and the pattern isn't as distinct in the plates. The detail just doesn't show up. Somehow the quality control just wasn't there. I've ordered from this company before and even though I'm in the US, it's less expensive to order from the factory and pay duty from England than to buy on Replacements Ltd. which is in the US. The plates were packed well and there was nothing broken.
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry this order took longer than first expected to come in to us from Noritake in Japan. Unfortunately the situation at the moment has caused some delays.
There can be slight differences if a pattern is made over a long period of time, this can be down to different manufacturing techniques.

Over-large boxes
I ordered 1 teaspoon and 2 knives. Unfortunately I didn't order them at the same time, though it was the same day and I assumed they would put the two orders together. They came in two separate boxes, far too large for the contents: a waste of packaging.
The cutlery themselves were in excellent condition and arrived in very good time.

No notification of availability.
The actual purchase went smoothly enough. However, I had put in a request for this china previously and although it was acknowledged no-one advised me when the plates became available. I only found this out when I ran a new search engine enquiry.

All very user friendly and easy

Service okay but extremely disappointed that there was a chip on the underside edge of the mustard pot which wasn’t mentioned.

China plates
I think the item was a "2nd" as it had a sticker on it and a few blemishes. I do not remember seeing anything in the description relating to this. Maybe I'm mistaken?
Thank you for your feedback. The plates you bought from us were in our good condition and would have had a yellow sticker on them to denote this. We do include factory marked seconds in this grade. We are always happy to have items back if you do not wish to keep them.

OK but late
My order was, eventually, delivered safely.
The fulfilment was delayed by several weeks without explanation. Only when I phoned did Chinasearch deliver a few days later. Their explanation was that, even though their website marked these items as 'available' this did not mean they were actually in stock.
I find this misleading.

Once the item is added to the basket it will say 'this item is being ordered from the manufacturer and is not available for our standard dispatch'. 'For more details see the delivery information on the product page'. We also confirm this on the order conformation email.
