Stuck me with brokerage freeze not impressed. If you don't have a customs broker and expect the customer to pay at least give us a heads up.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
The mugs I bought are not the same shape as the original ones, not what I was expecting at all. They simply don't match my exsisting ones, they look cheap dispite the high price paid.
The return postage from France plus postage paid to deliver make returning them pointless.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the mugs we sent you. We list 2 different styles on our website one is straight sided and the other style has a flared rim it maybe that you have this other version. If a pattern is made over a long period of time shapes can sometimes change.

The service was efficient.However, ordered 4 saucers, you described their condition as "fair". I consider that only one met that criteria & one of them was very badly scratched & marked. I consider that saucer was not good enough for re sale & certainly not at £3.

Sent wrong item - no sign of correct one
The item I was sent didnt match the item shown or described in the picture - it was a different style. I asked for the original item to be provided as an exchange for the returned item, got no response, let alone explanation or apology. But they did refund my purchase quickly and return postage was paid for automatically.

Disappointed to receive the wrong shaped cup after paying £21.00!
I had ordered a tea cup that should have been bell shaped and received a tea cup that was pear shaped!
I am glad I have been able to speak to you today and have been able to sort this out for you.
China search contacted me today and offered a complete refund. Mistakes happen and they have resolved this perfectly!

Long wait time for delivery!
Firstly I found a deal that I searched on the internet and was taken to chinasearch, then the deal was an old one! Or so I was told. The deal didn’t exist but I ended up purchasing a different set. This took over a month for delivery as it was new Denby but his was not stated at time of purchase. Communication was good, and a refund offered, however, a frustrated customer that just wanted his order.

Expensive
The items were as described but I now see they were VERY expensive compared to other identical items I have found. I really wish I had searched more thoroughly. It is unlikely I would use this service again in view of the high prices.

Recently they have been below there normal high standard, they have not informed me of deliveries until after the item has been delivered and in some cases not at all, this is reflected in the two stars.
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were not happy with our service this time. We have recently had a system update which delayed some emails that were sent. This issue has now been rectified.

I am still waiting for one plate. First time round one of the plates I ordered was incorrect.

The plate was good standard but I was not told there was no stamp on the underside so I was very disappointed. Normally I have been very pleased with items.

The dish had numerous small marks in the glaze due to previous use. Not what I would describe as good condition.

delivery instructions on package too small
My package appears to have been delivered even without me being home. The delivery instructions on the package were too tiny - they should have been large and bold.
Thank you for your feedback. Adress and delivery information is automatically scanned onto the Royal Mail system so we have no control over the size of font used. I am sorry that they did not follow the delivery instructions given this time.

Cheated.
The goods provided were/are all good and that is fine.
However, I feel cheated by your organisation having purchased several mugs and then to be informed 2 days later that they would be in the sale at something like a third of the price I paid. Your organisation would have known that would take place and still did not notify me or forward some reduction. This does not bode well for any future business between us so Chinasearch has the opportunity to redress this scenario.
Once items go on sale we do email customers that have an interest in the pattern, with details of the offer. I am sorry this has not worked well for you this time when you ordered online. Please call me if you require of further assistance.
The response received is most unsatisfactory and I remain most dissatisfied and remain feeling cheated with no clear effort on behalf of Chinasearch to redress the matter. It does not bode well for the impressions I shall give of the organisation and they do not seem to care.
I am glad I have been able to speak to you today and sort this out for you.
Jane from Chinasearch has contacted me and effected a highly satisfactory resolution to the issues. Consequently, my view of the organisation is now substantially different from the previous comments. China search have now been very fair and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. My sincerest of thanks to Jane and colleagues, thus, will do future business with the organisation and can wholeheartedly recommend others to their services.

I am very happy with the product but v unhappy with parcelforce. It took many phone calls - at least 8 being redirected and redirected to arrange a redelivery - and it was delivered on a day I has said I was going away and did not want another aborted delivery. Luckily we were still at home and could take delivery.
I had initially asked for the parcel to be left in a safe place but I was not advised this could not be done without a signature
I am sorry that that Parcel Force did not deliver your order as arranged. I hope that the reimbursement of the P&P charge went some in compensating for the inconvenience caused.

I had actually ordered something different, but had a phone call to say that when they went to pick it, it was not as advertised. The person I spoke to was very helpful and talked me through alternatives. I ordered something else and it arrived promptly in excellent condition. Very pleased.
