Faster delivery!
Thank you for your feedback. I can see from the tracking that you have now received your order. Unfortunately there has been a backlog of parcels in France due to the change in customs and orders have been taking longer than normal to arrive.

One item arrived broken and I was asked what I wanted to do and then I have heard nothing. A pity I have used you a lot and normally have good service and communication.
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you didn't receive the email we sent you on 19 January saying we were sorry that the bowl arrived damaged. We do not have another one in stock and asked if you would like us to order another set in from Wedgwood or refund the order. Please let us know what you would like us to do.

Not good and I was very disappointed
Unfortunately this time the phone call was’t that good. There was tension between myself and the woman who I spoke to. I felt her tone was rude with a note of sourcasium. It was about the measurements of a teacup which I think I got wrong. I had to ask if I could speak to someone else. I had to hang up and phone back. When i spoke to the same woman again her tone was a bit more pleasing to my ear.

In all my purchases Chinasearch has always been a great company and provider of the pieces of China I have wanted. This one incident won’t stop me from buying from them again. I really don’t want to need any sort of problem about this so if you don’t mind I would like to end it here.

Item advertised as found, but not delivered
Hello, I have been informed that plates have been found. I paid immediately.No tracking number. After 3 weeks of waiting, the delivery has not arrived. I was disappointed. I contacted customer service who refunded my order.

Answer their messages. I needed to return for a correct size saucer and was never responded to as to how to exchange my item
Thank you for your feedback. I cannot see that we have received a message from you? You are welcome to return the saucer, this would be at your expense. You would need to send it back to the 4 Princes Drive, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2FD, UK address that should also be on your paperwork. We will then process the refund when we receive it back here.

Please use much less packing. I was very surprised at the size of my delivery and the huge amount of packing that was used for two very small items; again in which I was disappointed especially in view of the actual cost of same. In these times of trying to cut down on waste your packaging was definitely OTT. Please think!!!!

The tea pot is fine but your system copied a nonsense address on to the delivery form, which did not include the house name. The driver would not have been able to deliver on the information he had. Fortunately I noticed the error and contacted the delivery company to give them my address.
Thank you for your feedback. We can see that you registered as new customer so this was not from our system. If you look at your order conformation this was the address provided at the time of ordering.

Too much packaging
Too much packaging for 6 items, the packaging filled the recycling wheelie bin
Thank you for you feedback. We do use more packing when we are sending glasses so items will arrive undamaged. We have recently had some new packers so they may have used more packing than normal.

The plates were exactly what I wanted, were really well wrapped and were in really good condition. I was delighted. However, because of some glitch in your computer (concerning postal codes), the parcel was address and sent to a completely incorrect address (which shared the first three digits of my postal code. When I rang to investigate, I was met with a defensive, customer-blaming attitude.
Thank you for your feedback. We do have a postcode checker system on our website however we don’t support Eircode so the address would not be changed by the postcode matcher after the order has been confirmed. On reaching the Delivery Details page the billing address is visible. There is also an option to specify a different delivery address if this is not selected the billing address will be used.
We are sorry that this was dealt no dealt with in a better way over the phone. We should have called you back when we had been able to look into it for you. We have now updated the payment page to show the delivery address as an additional check before payment and we will look into supporting Eircode lookups in the future.

Ordered a casserole lid that was illustrated as available in the sale only to be told later that it was no longer available. Was disappointed as usually I would give 5stars.i have been buying from you for over 15yrs

Quite good, but not outstanding.
Delivery fair. I measured up my own bowls carefully, but the ones sent back were too small. Still useful, but not great.
Thank you for your feedback. I can see that you ordered the 5 1/8" bowls it may be that you have the slightly larger 5 7/8" bowls. We do not have any in stock at the moment but are happy to do a search for you. You are always welcome to return items you are not happy to keep.

I can see that when we spoke to you that the saucers were not in stock and that we would do would do a search and let you know when we found them. Good prices available but to sure to check their exorbitant carriage charge
The products and prices are good but to charge £17.95 for postage to Northern Ireland is a rip off especially when it took over a week to arrive,I won't be using them again,I used to send parcels to Northern Ireland from London and our charge was £10.00 up to 25 kilo and free of charge over £50
