I ordered 4 cups, and 4 were delivered promptly. The only problem had been that earlier, I had been asked "Do you want us to search for the cups for you?" I had said "Yes." and was still waiting, months later. If the cups were available why were they not sent as a result of that request?

the item purchased arrived well packaged and in good condition. rather surprising given you used Royal mail which given my recent experiences i would not touch with a barge pole.

Yes-what`s MOST important is that stuff is packed careful and never arrives broken. I like that it`s mostly old newspapers-a little more sustainable!! Their stuff is not cheap and not easily available so this is VERY important. They provide a service I appreciate.

what I received was perfect and so well packed. Therefore I am satisfied even if the delivery took 10 more days than announced !

Replacements were in the range that I use all the time. The selection was well presented.

I rated it 5 star but the system was too quick for me! I did not buy online but used the phone - I prefer to talk to a person not a machine. All the staff were very helpful and Parcel Force are very good at keeping me updated as to delivery.

The oder was passed to the Portmeirion factory and I was informed that this would mean some delay, not long as it happened. the two items arrived safely.

Really love the china but postage to Ireland is quite prohibitive

The ordering process was relatively easy. The product was delivered pretty much on time, it was well wrapped and was definitely the item I ordered.

I was very excited when China Search found a matching Wedgwood teapot for my 1980’s Wedgewood dinner set. It took a few months to find it but It arrived in a timely manner once they located it and sent it to Australia in perfect condition. Thank you LD

It is very good & have got some real bargains from my old Demby China from the 1970's which is fantastic. Thank you so very much. Also look forward to if you manage to get me some more mugs to go with my set again thank you for all you help.

Purchased 4 Denby Blue Jetty side plates and medium plate and were marked up as very good. The packaging was amazing which was good considering they went back and forth with DPD. I marked it down one star as the plates (on the bottom had S so I take that as they were seconds) had a minute black dot in the plate which most people would not notice, but unfortunately, I did. Having said that I am just delighted I have been able to make up to the full set again. Would recommend.

Quick easy service, yes would recommend. Only issue was no gift card option or wrapping.

Nice follow up by Chinasearch. Products delivered in excellent state but long delay. Commanded in january and received in november.

Although it took some time, they found the dish I was looking for which was great.

They found one of the 2 plates I requested but it did take a few years!! The plate itself is fine but I’ll need another one
