I would buy from Chinasearch again

The item was exactly what I thought I purchased and it was expertly packed so that it arrived undamaged. It was shipped in a timely manner. However I chose to pay the customs charges directly so that I was paying an exact amount rather than an estimate. When the shipper (FedEx) was holding the item due to unpaid customs charges, I did not receive a notification from FedEx or from Chinasearch of the reason the package was being held and not delivered to my home therefore delaying the delivery for four days. This is a different experience than I have had from a different shipper (UPS) that notified me of unpaid customs charges when I was purchasing from a third party so that I could pay them online and then delivery made in a timely manner. If Chinasearch was receiving the notifications that unpaid customs charges was preventing delivery then I wish that message was passed onto to me as well. Instead I was left guessing what the problem was and had to contact Chinasearch. After Chinasearch contacted FedEx then I was directly notified by FedEx that the package was being held because of unpaid customs charges.

The service was very good. I had to wait sometime for the item I had requested but once they had it in stock I was notified and received it within three days. I will certainly use Chinasearch again.

Found the product I was looking for quite quickly. It was a premium brand and although naturally second hand was quite expensive hence only 4 stars. However apart from that it is an excellent service which I’ve used before. Highly recommended.

The China I bought from this company arrived on time, when it said it would and it was very very well wrapped up. I would be delighted to buy from them again. Only thing is they don't have a full range of China because I think everybody is collecting the same thing as I am.

Their product is very good. They are very fast but you pay top dollar. But if you can't find it anywhere else I recommend you use them.

Your staff were very helpful, my only comment was that it took rather a long time to achieve the end result. I shall of course use your company again if necessary.

I needed some plates China search sorted this and yes I would recommend them . China search were unable to do more as there was a lot of disruption to the post.
