My plate was sent out quickly and arrived in good condition. However, the packaging was not adequate and had been torn. There was no protective packaging around the plate either. It was only secured between a very thin sheet of transparent plastic and a piece of thin cardboard at the base of the box with several empty inches above it. Fortunately it was undamaged. The box did not say Handle with care or Fragile on it to alert the courier to take care with it.

Had registered for search but wasn’t notified that they had come into stock, found them on the website myself by chance = bowls in fab condition though

the item arrived on time but is smaller than advertised and so does not match our other beer glasses. So busy just can't be bothered to return.

It wasn’t what I wanted. It looked plain in the picture but had rings all round it in the design, complete mismatch for my other crockery.

Unfortunately the first dish sent was totally the wrong size although the correct one was sent very promptly and I was allowed to keep the other one.

Ordering and delivery were good, but the product was poor value for money. We ordered the one lunch plate available to supplement our collection, but despite our plates being about 20 years old and survivors of numerous dishwasher cycles the one we received was more worn. Disappointing given the cost.

This is a beautiful tea Service. It’s a lovely elegant design is one of William Morris’s most delicate and beautiful. It is not , however,a teapot for two but for four and for my purposes the opposite of what I need. I have looked in vain amongst China for 1 pint capacity teapot. There is a small but consistent market of people who live by themselves, in London some 27%. Why are we totally ignored in the world of China? I have yet to come across a 2 cup teapot. The cup and single teapot set is not the answer and the cups are always too broad and open to keep the tea warm for more than a few minutes. Do I really have to look to pottery : I much preferred China?

The postage was slow from UK to Germany as customs are slower than they used to before Brexit

Chinasearch excellent at procuring sought after pieces if you are prepared to wait. I was. Will continue to use their service. Excelent packaging too. Limited to standard dining tablewear over last 70 odd years, so not good at buying pretty obscure pieces when offered

The cup and saucer both have worse flaws that I expected. In retrospect, they are not worth the high prices.

The ordering was straight forward price good and delivery time satisfactory, but I was disappointed that the items appeared NOT to be genuine Portmerion, but were made in Bangladesh. The colour of the china was different, though the actual pattern looked okay. Nowhere did it say they were ‘seconds’, though they appeared to be, and the price would reflect that.

I purchased a Pembroke Aynsley sauce boat and stand. Was very disappointed to see both were reproductions when they arrived , it didn’t state that on website when I was purchasing…..

I received the incorrect product as it was a 300mls cup and not a 200mls cup but the matter is now being addressed.

My intention was to order three Minerva tea pates, (plus 1 teacup and saucer) yet somehow I received 3 saucers. I asked you to review my original order (as I have no record of the internet purchase) and was assured that I had ordered 3 saucers. So I am not very happy.

service is prima, maar ik vraag me af of het orgineel wedgewood is , aangezien, de borden toch niet zo fraai zijn als onze oude borden

Fast service from Chinasearch but Parcel force didn't deliver the box to our house, even though we let them in the front gate. They answered the call button but then disappeared after they entered the building, or did not enter? They ended up leaving it at the post office and I had to carry an 11 kg box home. They had a number but did not call us and they did not leave a card to say they had dropped it to the post office either. We located the parcel via the text message you sent us.

I located you on line in search of a particular kind of china. I spoke with one of your service agents, but did not find her particularly helpful. The product I really wanted was not available, and she unenthusiastically suggested that you could search for it. After consideration, I opted for the next best option – which arrived promptly and well packed.

unfortunately the plates supplied did not match the ones i already owned as there was no pattern name on my plates and the picture i ordered from was a bit misleading on the colour representation

Confidentiality issue. I received a scam e-mail from My Hermes asking for my details. Very upsetting.

Please will you upload the pic with more details and a backstamp pic as well. I thought it’s a discontinued Clifton pattern but actually the soup saucers are the ones designed for Laura Ashley.
