Rather expensive and wasn't impressed with the packing especially compared to China Matchers

I was informed that one of the six plates I bought was substandard which I accepted. However, upon delivery there were 4 with the same defect, a small black fleck in the glaze. I reported one extra fault and was assured a refund of a couple of pounds (the difference between perfect and not). Later I noticed the other plates. I was pleased to hear that you had tracked down the China I required but am disappointed in your 'quality control'!!

Great sight. Exchange rate is a bit high and postage is very expensive. For one item is ok but more than one item gets very expensive - charge nearly double for two small saucers!!

I cannot complete the survey because Chinasearch had to cancel my order and refund my payment as the china was out of stock.

Item took weeks to arrive and as invoice had arrived relatively promptly (but separately with no explanation) I assumed item had got lost in the post. Customer service, when I called Chinasearch, was extremely good however, and I was immediately offered a replacement if original item didn't arrive which it eventually did. Good availability of stock of this much loved pattern.

Disappointed with the time the item took considering the delivery charge. Also disappointed that there is obviously a difference between 'Hotel ' style and what I originally bought - a shame this isn't made clear on the website.

Nice dish, listed details need care e.g. specified width as height, need to avoid use of unusual acronyms e.g. OTT. Postage charges excessive - charged for unnecessary express delivery and then delivered late.

I had no idea they are oven to table. Yes the other plates are the larger ones but again I had no idea they were different other than in size. I'll give them to my sister and see what she thinks. Too late to return them now anyway.

Are you shure the delivered Churchill - Ports of Call - Kabul - Casserole Dish + Lid is an original, the color is not so strong as it usually is and there is no original stamp in the Casserole ?

Great service, but expected second hand but not factory second so a little disappointed with one item.

I was very promptly sent the items in stock but still haven't heard any news about the items Chinasearch was going to search for.

Efficient order and delivery process but a bit expensive compared to other websites

£4.95 p and p for a small side plate which cost £7.30 made it a VERY expensive plate.

i thought the cups would be bigger and didnt find the measurements easy to understand, so i was a little disappointed. Packaging and delivery was good. The quality of the items was as described.

The items that I bought were in good condition and very safely packed, however I have not yet been contacted regarding the items that I put a search out for nor an acknowlegment or time estimation

both plate and saucer were correct pattern but plate was a different shape to my set and the saucer did not have the pale grey edging. But I can live with that. My original teaset is 27 years old so what can I expect!

I am very satisfied with the goods purchased but the delivery arrangements were poor. I tracked the delivery information via the Parcel Force link, and for three consecutive days was told to expect delivery which had to be signed for. The parcel arrived eventually at 18.10 on the third day, after I had waited in each day. It seems the parcel was out for delivery each day back taken back to the depot because there were problems with the drivers. Perhaps China Search should review their contract with Parcel Force unless this was just an isolated occurrence.

Happy with the order and seemed OK. We washed the mug prior to using and it came apart. We are not sure whether it was our fault or whether there was a hairline crack missed when we unpacked. Used your service before and found it first class.
