Non response to first feedback message.
You asked me a while ago for Feedback on my order, and I replied then that I couldn't leave any as my order had not yet arrived. There was no response to this feedback, and by the time I contacted you to say I still didn't have my order, the implication was that it had been too long to expect the delivery driver to recall what happened to my parcel.
I am sorry that is was only yesterday that we understood that you had not received your order. We are in contact with Parcel Force and they are currently looking into to what has happened with your parcel. We are working to resolve this issue and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Bought four cereal bowls to complete my set.They said no chips just use wear but on closer inspection one has a tiny chip on the rim.
I am sorry that you received a bowl with a chip this should not have happened. I am glad I have been able to speak to you today and sort this out for you.

Can not find what I am searching for
Thank you for your feedback. I can see that we are still searching for a teapot and teacup in the Spode Consul Cobalt pattern for you and will alert you when we get stock in. We have a network of people all over the country looking on our behalf as well as customers selling to us directly. Some searches can take a while as it depends on how much was made at the time and what is out there for us to find.

Chinasearch's service was average only. They sent me the wrong size plate and even the replacement plate was slightly smaller than the one I wanted.
Their after sales service was however pretty good.
I would use them again and I would probably recommend.
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that after all our efforts the replacement plate was not exactly the same as yours. Sometimes there can be slight variations if a pattern is made over a long period of time or if production methods change.

So far the service has been ok, although we have only had a very small part of our order fulfilled.
Thank you for your feedback. I can see you registered a search request with us on the 18 March this year. It can sometimes take a while to find discontinued items as it depends on what is available for us to find. As well as customers selling to us we have a network of people around the country that look on our behalf. We keep on searching until we find the items and will contact you when stock is available.

I should have measured the cup!
I have to admit I ordered the wrong size. Having checked on line , I see you don’t have any of the next size. Not to worry I can still use them.
The tea set was a wedding present in 1968–sentimental value.

Give the impression they want to wash hands of any delivery problems
On dispatch I received an email saying that the items had been sent by Royal Mail and that they would 'try to help' if they hadn't arrived in 2 weeks. RM don't have a 2-week service for the UK, and if the items don't arrive then that is the sender's problem, not mine. If there had been any loss or damage, Chinasearch would have had to refund me and then take it up direct with RM, not 'assist' me in MY claim with RM. I'm not RM's customer in this transaction. You get this all the time with ebay sellers but it's not the law, and it left a very sour taste in the mouth. I won't return.
Thank you for your feedback. Our dispatch email states - If your order has not arrived within 14 days do not hesitate to get in touch - we will do everything to help. Most orders arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch occasionally it can take longer. Royal Mail ask us to wait 14 days to allow for delays or misplaced orders.We ask that you contact us rather than Royal Mail so that we can sort it out for you.

ChinaSearch Good - Delivery Service Useless
Quick efficient order processing from ChinaSearch. Initial ParcelForce delivery missed, re-delivery booked for specified date and ParecelForce turned up a day earlier than booked with a parcel that looked like it had been thrown around the delivery depot a few times. However the packing stood up to the test and items were fine. Would welcome a choice of delivery times/dates.

I received the wrong bowl first time, after talking with them I received the correct bowl really quickly.
I felt the price was a bit steep along with the postage made this not perfect bowl expensive, just wanted to keep my set together. This of cause is why I used them.
Over time they have changed the sizing and shape of the bowls in this pattern. I am glad we were able to sort this out for you. We will try and make this clearer on our website.

The items I ordered and received were excellent and exactly what I ordered. Orders arrived promptly and they were in excellent condition. I do however have a complaint in that I placed an order for 2 mugs on 27th Dec 17 but realised that I should have ordered 2 plates to match. I phoned on 28th explaining what happened and to enquire re postage (which was £6.95 for the 2 mugs) asking what the postage would be in total if I ordered the 2 plates. The lady who answered the phone said she was sorry but the postage would not be just £6.95 x 2 = £13.90 but that it would be £15.90. Why was the postage an extra £2. As I was just asking for 2 plates to be included in the parcel I found this very strange. She put the blame on the Post Office. I then told her to forget the order. I consequently went on line and ordered the 2 plates with postage £6.95 which was clearly cheaper that I was being quoted on the phone. Subsequently you had to post my orders in 2 parcels instead of 1. As I am sure you realise I found the postage I had to pay exorbitant and also the lady on phone very unhelpful.

Thank you for highlighting this. The customer service team are now aware of this and we are reviewing our postage rates ready for the launch of our new website. It is more expensive to send orders via Courier than by Royal Mail. We are restricted on the size of box we can send via Royal Mail so 4 items would have been sent via Courier.

Well packed, speedy dispatch thank you.
Disappointed to receive a message saying that we should expect delivery between 09:00 & 10:00. We stayed in to wait for this only to get another message saying now 10:30 - 11:30. We could have done several other things first.
Wouldn’t have minded if we had had to wait in without information, but to be told to expect an early delivery which is then changed is pretty disappointing

Chinasearch was really good , but I paid £45.00 delivery and it did not turn up the day I was told.
my car was in for MOT that day and could not leave the house to collect is so was without car for the day - not good
I am sorry to hear that our Courier did not deliver your order on the day that was arranged. I have refunded some monies back onto you car as a gesture of goodwill. I will send you a copy of the invoice showing the refund.

Useful but....
Even though the size and colour was matching, the weight of the china and their brand marks suggest that they are not original Thomas Rosenthal.
Communication with Chinasearch was very efficient but delivery currier sadly less so.
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the delivery did not go as planned. The weight of china can sometimes vary especially if a pattern has been made over a long period of time. This can be due to changing production methods. Manufacturers can also change the design of the backstamp. So it may be that you have a later or earlier version of the china we sent you.

Pity about the packaging
Packing of these precious items was inadequate resulting in one breakage. otherwise it was very efficient- fast delivery and I had a prompt refund for the broken item.
Sorry to hear that 1 mug arrived broken but glad we were able to sort it out for you.
