Satisfactory Teapot in good condition

The service was good in terms of packing and delivery.

I must praise all those at China Search for their persistence in searching for two pieces from the Midwinter range. Just a small point - the condition of the items was classed as ‘good’ but the glaze on one was faulty in that it had been applied too heavily on the rear of the bowl and on the front the glaze was slightly ‘pitted’. However, no matter, I still have the items I wanted!

Excellent and prompt service

Could have been rated excellent but for slowish delivery and despatch email received after parcel received. Goods as described and very well packed using only recyclable materials.

The China plate arrived quickly and match our other plates.

Service was excellent. Some of what I wanted was immediately available and was dispatched quickly and was well packed. I am now awaiting an email to advise when other items become available

Great service and the items I bought as a wedding present are beautiful. I gave four stars only because the original box the dessert dishes were in was damaged and with it being a gift I was a little disappointed.

Very good , very pleased. The order meant I had a complete Dinner Set of plates replacing lost/broken ones from my original dinner set which had been a present from my parents some years ago .

Good efficient and helpful

Service was OK, but when viewed the pasta bowl was not what I needed. I wanted a bowl/dish to hold fresh fruit

The plates arrived safe and sound and very well and carefully packed. They were a long time in arriving though!
