Service was very good. It took a while, but that's to be expected. In due course we were notified that the china we wanted was in stock. It was easy to place the order on line. The items arrived promptly and were well packed.

Item arrived well packed and in good condition. However, there were faults on the back of the dish which indicated it had been a second. This was not mentioned in description

All fine and helpul

The cups were perfect and were wrapped expertly. The parcel arrived quickly and overall I am very pleased with my purchase. The reason for 4 stars not 5 is that in an earlier purchase I was sold a tea saucer as a coffee saucer. I did not return it as a spare saucer always comes in handy, but it leaves me short of saucers for coffee cups.

What I ordered arrived when they said it would, in good condition, well wrapped, true to the description and photographs. Appears to be a well organised retailer and I've already recommended them to others.

We received the wrong order but the service to set us right was exemplary and the correct order was received the next day and the incorrect order picked up at the same time

Product good as expected and very well packaged. That was just as well as Royal Mail made a complete hash of the delivery by sending it to the wrong address 3 times, despite the package being correctly addressed.

Does what it says on the tin. Not cheap but if you’re in dire need price might not be the most important consideration. I guess nobody’s in business to sell things as cheaply as the can.

The service was very good: the search took about a year to find the item I was interested in however I was regularly notified of the status of the search and asked did I wish to continue. I did, and it was successfully completed; much to my joy as the item arrived in time for Christmas.
