China Search found me some mugs that have long since stopped being produced by Denby. I was really pleased with the promptness of their service and the mugs were delivered in a good condition as advertised.

I am very sorry but I did not receive my teacup.

Search for remaining items seems to have stopped. What is to become of my request for 2 teacups and 2 small plates? Do I now look at other sights - soem response from China Search is needed.

I am very disappointed. I contacted China search several weeks ago searching for particular plates. They kindly said they would put a search out for me, i even chased them after a couple of weeks but was told no luck as yet. I then found single plates on e bay both of which i brought as separate lots. At this point i didn’t even realise who was selling them. I purchased them separately as that’s how they were advertised and had to pay two lots of delivery charges of £6 each total £12. I cant help but feel this was deliberate selling them singly to make on the delivery charge and why wasnt I contacted that they had two why did i have to find them on ebay?

After waiting a month for stock to be in and having paid up front, Chinasearch use Hermes to deliver and insist on a signature which meant I was not in when delivery occurred (having not been informed when this would be in time) and they took the parcel back to a distant post office. I live in a rural area and there is no regular public transport. A taxi would be £30 round trip and for the value of the parcel, it wasn't worth it. I would have wanted it left in my porch or with a neighbour, but I wasn't given that option I must say that having complained to Chinasearch, they contacted the delivery company and arranged a re-deliver. I have no problem with Chinaseach and their service. However, I wish they had a more flexible courier.

Because it was too expensive. I trusted he prices but got equally good service and quality products from others at a lot less charge.

Our item has not been delivered despite being told some time ago that it was out for delivery

Make really sure that you follow the customer's instructions properly

I recently bought a China mug from here. It's thick, doesn't even have China printed on the bottom of it. Very disappointing.

I usually buy items from Chinasearch and have a great 5 stars service-at tis time it's been three days since I sent the order but no notice of it -appearently it hasn't been dispatched yet-I will keep booking & buying things fro you-this time I am disappointed because I was hoping to receive my sauce boat before Christmas to be able to use it on Christmas day....

J'ai été très embarrassé, car les soucoupes) ne correspondent pas a la taille des tasses --cercle intérieur trop grand, la tasse flotte sur le soucoupe. Personne de chez vous ne contrôlé ça avant l'envoie?!?! Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne sais pas quoi faire? Si je vous retourne les soucoupes, allez vous me les changer?? sans frais supplémentaires?

I ordered a 3 - 4 pint Casserole dish but they sent a half pint dish. The plus is that it arrived before the date suggested and in good condition
