China search after a couple of years managed to find a gravy boat to replace the one from my best dinner service that has a broken handle. Very helpful customer service ; gravy boat was well packed and arrived promptly . So pleased to now have this item. A happy customer!

It was very well packaged (no plastic) which I was pleased about. The item was in very good condition and I am very pleased with it.
