The service is good if you are not in a hurry! Items arrived very well packed and exactly as ordered. I am still hoping the final item will turn up in due course.

The service was very good: the search took about a year to find the item I was interested in however I was regularly notified of the status of the search and asked did I wish to continue. I did, and it was successfully completed; much to my joy as the item arrived in time for Christmas.

Fine But I miss several mugs that could not be found

Delighted to eventually find and replace the china tea cups I had been searching for the past 2 years. Delivery and packaging good.

Service was good I was really looking for a pasta type bowl and while there was nothing wrong with the 9 inch dish it was not deep enough for my needs

They find, we order, they deliver. Wonderful.

The pottery is in very good condition and is shipped quickly.

The service was excellent in terms of packaging and delivery of the two cereal bowels. I would buy more but Staffordshire hunting scene tableware is very scarce.

Service was good. Quick and efficient. Mugs brand new however one has already chipped from washing up lightly and putting in draining board. Not expected from a £25 mug, used once.

Chinasearch was persistent in chasing down the items I wanted to replace. I am grateful for that. It took a while for them to source, but they were patient and kept checking to see if their service was something I still wanted focused on the task of finding the make of plates I wanted.

Bit expensive but did get the bowls I wanted. I suspect they are seconds as the pattern is not consistent, so expensive for what they are.

I was notified, was able to pay easily and it came suitably packed.

The small Poole Pottery plates were bigger than my original side plates. No measurements were given soIdid not realise they would be bigger. The breakfast plates were excellent

excellent service, only a few days from order to delivery. Able to match exactly because diameters of each style are given, as well as design and colour. Mine matches exactly in design, colour and size. The china is just a smidgen thicker than the original service. This is the first piece that has been broken, but I've replaced Denbigh Ode in the past and that's why I chose China Search.

Chinasearch had exactly what we wanted, it was a reasonable price and was dispatched quickly.

Efficient and good service A good browse produced some bargain Royal Doulton dinner plates which are lovely and an oval serving dish
