Teh saucers are excellent, but what we need are cups and they are not available?

One item was unsatisfactory, very nice conversation but not yet heard back if they will refund.

I wanted to order some pasta bowls and thought I would get them, but it turned out that I've just asked Chinasearch to find them only

I ordered 6 saucers and was charged for these but only 5 arrived. I emailed Chinasearch to inform them of this but haven't received a response. Apart from that everything was fine and I would otherwise have given them 5 stars

You found a plate - but after several years you still haven't found 3 mugs.

The plate I ordered and received had blemishes which were not apparent in the photo

Thought we were buying Evesham with a gold edge. Did not know there was Evesham with a green edge

The plates arrived quickly and in good condition, but were smaller than expected - I ordered 9 inch diameter but they are nearer 8.5 inch.

Chinasearch did well in finding us what we needed. However, after initial successes there was quite a bit of delay in them tracking down the second part of our order. Furthermore, none of the items were cheap and some were in our view overpriced in relation to their quality

Was not informed that these items were in stock even though I should have my info down on search for me.

Bit slow in delivering. Also glasses were much smaller than I thought they would be. I like the fact that you can find replacement china and glassware. It's an excellent idea.

Plates as described except for those pesky annoying green sticker dots that someone put right in the middle of the plates and were very hard to get off. Plus, obviously someone tried to scrape that sticky glue off with a fingernail on one of the plates and left a permanent scratch spot the size of a quarter. seriously?? However the plates were exactly as described and not broken during their long shipment, so I don’t regret buying them.

OOps! Miss-understood your photo of Royal Albert Affinity Gold thinking it would match our White Royal Albert white Val Dor.

The order took longer to deliver than Imhad expectd. No tracking of order. After phone call to company goods were delivered the following day.

Good that Chinasearch found some of the items we wanted but the choice was limited and the items relatively expensive. They are still looking for some other items we need to complete our dinner service but we've had no progress. It's almost as if now we've paid for the initial items they've abandoned us. Sorry.

the whole service was let down by parcel forces incorrect info at the time it came for delivery whilst my china arrived in perfect condition. Chinasearch lady said she would contact me when she had my goods, she unfortunately despatched them straight away, which was two weeks early and three days prior to my holiday without informing me, until after despatch had happened. This caused me no end of stress as Parcel force info just said all deliveries suspended, due to COvid 19.I would not repeat this situation if I had the choice. For three days over a weekend I was wondering if I would ever see the china I ordered??
