Overall a good experience. I found the product I wanted at a competitive price. Comms could have been a little more plentiful as a first time customer, but didn't see this as a detracting experience and would use again now I know reliable so otherwise great.

All good, helpful and efficient

The service was good, ordering was easy, but unfortunately part of my address was missing. I had no card through the door and when I eventually realised and checked tracking, had been delivered to a post office. Checked 3 before I found the correct one! Very frustrating. The goods were perfect when found.

Very professional

I was surprised and very happy that China Search found some extra plates. Initially they found 4 plates which helped to replace the 6 that were broken. And then 2 months later they offered another batch enabling me to have the full 12 dinner plates. Perfect

good website, easy to find and selelct items. Priced quite high though.

Plates were great, postage from Parcel force not so great. I got the order confirmed and advised that the items had been dispatched that was it, a week later I checked the tracking to be told a card had been left as they attempted delivery and my items were at the sorting office. No card but luckily my husband went to the nearest sorting office and they confirmed our package was there. Stroke of luck I think

Service was excellent, delivery by Royal Mail not so much.

Very pleased to replace broken item which arrived well packaged and whole. Website didn't show pattern continuation on inside of bowl however was glad to find it had. Would have purchased spares (available) but the cost of postage prohibitive.

Very prompt service, item well packed and arrived safely. Would have given 5 stars but let down by Royal Mail who failed to deliver on its own schedule.

An excellent service. I requested an out of date piece of china. After several weeks I had almost forgotten about it, but China Search were successful. I ordered the items straight away and received them in 2 days.
