As yet I have not seen the arabesque dinner plate that I ordered as it was delivered on time to a friend in the uk who, as I write this is on her way to bring it to me in Italy. Hopefully it will arrive here in a few days safe and sound. I would gladly write a proper review when I receive it. Meanwhile thankyou for a useful Web site and prompt delivery.

Never had a problem in that it arrives in the time stated and has always been well packed and in good condition. The only issue is that the second half of the postcode must be stressed. There is an identical address in Bury BL8 that only differs by the second half of the postcode. MINE is 1RY. Judith Wood

A bit disappointing

the service was good and prompt and the teapot looked lovely but as soon as we made tea a hairline crack appeared so it's unusable. I dont know how the crack developed but it is now only a decorative item.
