Slow delivery
The delivery time was really slow took months to arrive nearly gave up

Frustration and wasted time.
Delays in delivery. Was given 4 different dates. They cancelled first three on same day, as was expecting delivery. Seemed to get stuck in St Jean de Vedas for 5days. Too much packing! Took me a while day to unravel it, so I could recycle it.
Our apologies for the inconvenience and frustration with the FedEx delivery, thank you for letting us know. Although the service provided by FedEx is out of our control it does reflect badly on us when things don’t go as planned, and so your feedback is much appreciated.
It is good to hear that you have received your cups, and I will pass on your packaging comments on to our warehouse team.

Long delay
It took 6 months to fulfill my order, so that was 6 months you had my money! And communication was poor. The odd email occasionally would have been helpful.
Sorry that the Gio Side plates took much longer than anticipated.
Both ourselves and Wedgwood were out of stock of the side plates at time of ordering, and although supply from Wedgwood is slowly improving after the last two years there are still occasional delays.
We should have kept you better informed on the status of the outstanding items from your order, we apologise and hope you are now able to finally enjoy your Wedgwood set.

Disappointing
I have had a 'wanted' list on Chinasearch for years, but I don't think they've ever come up with anything on it.They sometimes email with 'offers', only to find that they just have one item that's not competitively priced.
Sorry, we have not yet found your search requests. Some pieces are easy to find, others are not, but we do keep looking. Glad you have confirmed all your search requests with Kaye.

Disappointing
Main reason for rating is because of the length of time it took to locate and get my item. Plus, when I did finally receive it the quality was not on a par with my existing plates. Although it says it was V &B it was not bone china and the plate is thicker. Actually really disappointed after taking so very long to get it.

Sticky Labels & Glazed Surfaces Don’t Mix
Descriptions generally accurate; items well-packed. But baffled by the practice of putting abundant stickers & tape on surfaces (some were even on the decorations). They left stubborn residues that could not be removed by mild detergent or light oil; when they could be peeled off, some of the glaze was stripped off. Very disappointing.

We got an extra invoice on tax and VAT that we where not aware off, this made the deal a lot less lucurative and I do not understand why we have to pay taxes on used goods?
At least we should have gotten a clear notice about this!

I'm pleased with the overall condition of the sugar bowl but less happy with the lid which is not a good fit and rattles when the bowl is lifted. I appreciate your good packaged which ensured the bowl arrived without any mishaps.

Service ok but the storage jar had a really poor seal. Thus should have been pointed out. It is important for storage.

Delivery issues
The last two orders were delayed due, I understand, to problems with the manufacturer.
Whilst this is in no way Chinasearch’s fault, there was an absence of communication from the company which was very annoying.
Only after resorting to a carefully worded email of complaint, on my behalf, was a response forthcoming.
I will say that due to the concerns expressed by the Chinasearch employee in their response, coupled with a history of excellent service, I will certainly use them again.
I can only hope by then they have appropriate systems in place to update customers on any delays!

Wrong design sent but good product
The cake slice was good but the wrong design was sent (mallard duck rather than the white duck I ordered). I ended up getting the original recipient of the gift something else and we gave it to a different person. Was just a bit of a pain but still a very good quality product.

Good enough
The plates arrived promptly, were very well-wrapped and are fine. However, they are G - good condition - and I ordered VG - very good. The email receipt just gave the amount charged, so I didn’t pick up on the mistake until too late. I am keeping them, but will be careful to check and double-check next time.
Thank you for your feedback. The G on the picking note refers to Green, the colour of the sticker on the china. This denotes it is in very good condition and is so the warehouse knows which grade to pick. The invoice we send is in 2 parts, one shows the amount paid and the second part information on the items purchased.

Hoping for better communication
Well I was initially impressed as I was looking primarily for cups to supplement our old breakfast set. The promise was that a search by China Search would throw up some cups, but all we have received we’re two saucers that we also wanted but no reports on the cups!
