Chinasearch found the item that I was looking for! It took a while but they got in touch to check to see if I was still looking for it and eventually they managed to track it down. No pressure to buy, just information that they had it in stock. Items arrived in excellent condition as described and carefully packaged. I now have a full set again.

I had some broken some plates that I loved and found that they were discontinued so I was pleased to find Chinasearch provided a service that allows you to register interest for discontinued items. It took a while because obviously they had to wait for them to come up but I was notified by email when three plates became available. I immediately purchased from the website at a very reasonable price, and they were sent promptly and well packaged. I’m really pleased to have got back my set that could not be done any other way.

The company are very good in searching for an item you requested and do find the item for you, also they sell discontinued items which I have brought for my Marks and Spencer Harvester , and very pleased with the service.

I received excellent service from Chinasearch. My order was unfortunately lost by DPD; however, a replacement order was dispatched quickly and efficiently.
