unfortunately the plates supplied did not match the ones i already owned as there was no pattern name on my plates and the picture i ordered from was a bit misleading on the colour representation

Confidentiality issue. I received a scam e-mail from My Hermes asking for my details. Very upsetting.

My plates arrived safely and in a timely manner - great service!

Please will you upload the pic with more details and a backstamp pic as well. I thought it’s a discontinued Clifton pattern but actually the soup saucers are the ones designed for Laura Ashley.

Not too good, item chosen was charged then phone call days later saying not in stock. Rather poor service

Being a user of Royal Daulton already this is why I wanted to buy the Pacific range as a present for a family member. The China was very well packed and arrived when expected. It looks very nice and appears well made. I don’t think much of the delivery people who hammer on the door and then leave the parcel outside. However I did expect the China to be chip proof which it does not state it is. Also I was very surprised to find “made in China” on the goods. My Daulton was made in England. I like to back Britain and had I known I would not have bought this. I take this on the chin as I should have researched better. A very affordable price but only time will tell how it lasts.

Easy to use website and speedy delivery

Enquired by phone about availability of small tea plates and was quoted a price per plate. When I arrived to collect the plates I was informed that I had got the wrong price and the plates were a higher price. I said that I had been given the price on the phone but I was not believed. I must have misheard, I was told. This was very annoying as I know what I heard.

I found the china I wanted listed on another site, but leading me to Chinasearch. It was great that I found what I wanted but disappointing that I had requested Chinasearch to look out for these cups for me, twice, and they had not informed me.

The actual order was quickly and easily organised. The service by Chinasearch has always been efficient. However, this time there was a major hold up by FedEx. I have a Post Box delivery address and FedEx do not deliver to a Post Office.After several weeks of delays I managed to have the goods delivered to my residential address. Please do not use FedEx for Post Office addresses

Unfortunately I needed a cereal bowl. The bowl was s soup/cereal bowl thus it was bigger than my bowls and the pattern was on the outside not the inside. I have kept the bowl but would still like a cereal bowl.

The quality of the plates was below what I expected. Expensive.

Prompt delivery but expensive and one item I later discovered, had a chip. I only needed three out of the four glasses luckily but their quality control needs improving.

Description stated coffee cups which implied a larger cup. What was received were espresso cups. while lovely, they were not needed and it was too expensive to ship back to England

There was no problem with the quality of the product they sent or the delivery time, unfortunately it was just that they sent the wrong product. I contacted them immediately and they provided a great returns service.

One saucer was larger than normal. Tea cup handle was tiny. All somewhat disappointing... Old Chelsea.

Very prompt and efficient service for things already in stock, but unable to find the other items we were looking for.

I am still looking forward to receiving my order on 21/09/22

I bought two mugs; both were "new". One was in perfect condition. The other's handle is cracked at the top and bottom where it should join the body of the mug. It could have happened in transit since there is no glaze over the top crack, but it would have been better to see the glaze error or cracking in the description or photos. Every other part of the buying experience was perfect.
