Unfortunately, they didn’t what I was looking for, but they did have some useful additions at a good price. And I was able to put my name down to continue the search.

Vety heloful and prompt delicery

I filled in a search form and created an account during the pandemic but didn't hear back. It was only when I went to their website that I saw what I was looking for was in stock. The crockery arrived promptly and was very well packed.

The service is v good. If your item isn’t stocked they keep your record and advise when available which arrives we’ll packed. I’d have given 5 stars but one if my bowls had a significant chip in it which was pretty disappointing tho never happened on previous items.

Quick delivery. Very good. I recommend you to all my friends. Am still waiting for a further cereal bowl of the same size. Not available at the moment.

The item I wanted was not immediately available but within a few weeks you contacted me and I received it quite promptly after placing the order.

It was quick.The parcel arrived well packed and secure in a few days.

All is well, my pattern is in search and Replacements found 6 of the 8 pieces I need. When they find the other 2 pieces, it will be 5 stars.

Easy to order, however I wasn't kept informed about delivery at all. Never told my goods had been dispatched, were on the way or an expected date of arrival. Was about 3 weeks before my goods arrived, I wasn't in, post person had to take my parcel back and I had to go online to book a redelivery.

After a very long wait, Chinasearch located the item I wanted. Price was disappointing but after sales service excellent

I had given up hearing anything about my plate search as it seemed so long ago I requested various sizes of plates for my dinner set & was pleasantly surprised to receive the email to say some of the plates had been found. The service & delivery was excellent

The items were wonderful, as usual, and your prompt and cheerful service was let down by your chosen delivery company, who, in my neck of the woods at least, seem to run a boomerang delivery run - out tor delivery then back to the depo without actually being delivered! Sorted once I’d let you know, thank you.
