The cup is perfect and matches exactly to the others in my set The only e mail l received was to tell me that you had found the item. No e mail about delivery or receipt of my order and payment.

Ordered a vintage teapot that I'd been after for years. Bit pricey but worth it. Extremely well packaged which I was very grateful for. Teapot was in pristine condition. Super pleased.

They managed to find some replacement plates and dishes for my dinner service. However, I wasn't entirely sure that my request had been submited until they contacted me to say they had found some. The online request system was a bit clumsy.

Got what I ordered and it was delivered (very well packed with ecologically green padding) on the advised day. Would have been even better if what I ordered was exactly what I wanted rather than almost exactly - that was my fault!

I expected crackle of the glaze and it was there on the outside but not heavy. Inside the teapot is a disgrace as the 'crackle is dark, heavy and unsightly to the point where I am ashamed to use the teapot. The other item was fine though they were both graded in the same way.

Have used Chinasearch several times with success and requests re delivery (as when on holiday ) have been followed exactly and kept informed.

The goods arrived without a scratch or damage. Really well packed and prompt service, as always. I will certainly recommend to others to use Chinasearch. As I said in an e-mail, one egg cup was wider than the other, so the egg "disappeared" into it! No probs. You said you'd let the manufacturer know.

It took some time - but then the item is not readily available - and it wasn't cheap but you found it and the packaging and delivery times were excellent.

Chinasearch was very quick efficiant service and the China was well packed and arrived in one piece. The only problem I have is that altough I rang them before ordering to check the colour of the rim of the bowl. I was assured it was red so I wewnt ahead with the order. SWhen it arrived the rim of the bowl was pink!! I rang especially as the previous order was for red rimmed bowls but although they were red they had gold on so I couldn't put them in the microwave!!
