We ordered four rice/noodle bowls from our Wedgwood Manhattan dinnerware set, which we bought over 25 years ago. I saw in a periodic email from Chinasearch that they were discounted, so we ordered them and received them quickly (and without import duties from the UK to the Netherlands!). We are very satisfied.

It is a old dinner service but I have never used it as I need a setting of 10 and the plates I have ordered compleat some of the set

Excellent service you put order in … as I did to replace a piece from my dinner service…can take while to find… be patient they will find what you need and the product is in excellent condition… in my case new ??

Service was very quick with plates very well wrapped. Nothing was damaged in transit.

Great Service well packed

The website is easy to navigate , happily you had what we needed in stock . When the cups arrived I was particularly impressed with the clever packaging , I imagine you never have any delivery breakages . Would readily recommend you to others and would consider offering you some of our accumulated tableware when we have to downsize.

Excellent service. My teapot was delayed but I was kept up to date constantly by chinasearch on the reasons (manufacturer) and it arrived in pristine condition. They take customer service very seriously.

I explained I needed to receive my replacement sugar bowl which I broke that morning as soon as possible and it was fast tracked to me. I have used Chinasearch for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them. Excellent service. The plate arrived in excellent condition and was delivered safely by DPD. Customer services were very helpful and immediately refunded me when a previous plate was lost by Royal Mail. Definitely recommend Chinasearch, prompt, efficient service and polite and responsive staff.
