I was a bit concerned as to if they would arrive in time for Christmas. It seemed a long lead time . However, they did arrive in time and my wife was thrilled with them on Christmas morning

Efficient but expensive.

The plates were very well packed so arrived safely. I had a little difficulty using the website to order them, but it was easier when I ordered 4 bread and butter plates in the same design.

Made three separate orders to be shipped to the EU, a total of 18 items. Everything was packaged really well. Most of the items were as we would expect and we are happy with them. Two of the items were disappointing. One Wedgwood Cornucopia oval platter was listed as "Very good" but were in fact very scratched and not as described. Another item, a Denby coffee cup listed as "very good", had bumps and problems with the glazing and was not as described either. Because of the cost of shipping we decided to keep the two items regardless. As for shipping, two of the orders arrived within expected time but one was not showing up. When we raised the issue with Chinasearch they were very responsive. They investigated and found out it was held up in customs. After some time they shipped it again and it arrived about one month after the original order was made.

I've used Chinasearch in the past. It's a great service enabling me to rlaxe items in/expand my dinner service. The jug was well wrapped up for safe shipping. Quality was as stated. 1 star knocked off as the outside of the jug was not clean, but washed OK.

Delighted to find something I had been searching for for ages. It was just a pity that they only had one item available. However I did pick up a serving plate at a very good price.

I live in Australia, and I have used Chinasearch several times, as more of the Villeroy and Boch Acapulco become available. Unfortunately, when I pass, my executors can't sell the very large collection I have back to Chinasearch, as they don't buy from overseas, such a shame.

I seriously chipped one of my eternal bow soup/cereal bowls and went on line to find a replacement. Chinasearch had plenty in stock and although they were more expensive than when I first purchased them, they were cheaper than most alternative suppliers. The items I ordered were delivered earlier than expected and everything was really well packaged, even the less fragile item. I will definitely use this firm again if I require any more replacement items.

The service itself was speedy and excellent, the only very slight issue was that I had ordered a "Churchill Blue Willow" saucer but the saucer actually delivered was not stamped as such; however, as far as I am concerned it looks identical to the Churchill Blue Willow china I have had for some years so was happy to accept it.
