Quick and easy

It took a very long time - I am not quite sure how many years! But the mugs are perfect and the lady who responded to my acceptance was delightful

The China was very well packaged and in good condition. My only complaint is that one of the dinner plates was smaller than advertised and the vegetabke dish was a slightly different shape that my slready owned dishes

Too large for me and too large in the arm, on saying that I gave them to a friend, who loved them.
