Very fast delivery and very well packed. The china, however, seemed just a little greyer and thicker than the original plates? They did match in size and pattern. I can live with it.

Perfect service, if you have the patience to wait for months or even years. Never give up! But unfortunately quite expensive if you don´'t live in the UK...

Very good found some of what I wanted

I did not realise that when ordering via email I would not be contacted directly when you had obtained the china I needed. These items showed on your website for other hopeful people to see and I was not fortunate to get them. However a phone call to you assured me that the next time you were able to procure what I wanted I would be telephoned straightaway and you were as good as your word. China in very good condition and extremely well packed.

Helpful advice and thorough search made on my behalf. Easy to place order and pay by card over the phone. Goods were clearly described, so not perfect but in good condition. Accurate information meant I was happy to go ahead and order.

I have been looking for Denby pepper pot for years and Chinasearch eventually found it.

We are delighted with The 5 teacups we purchased. All received safely and on time. However I had previously requested a search for these teacups (about two years ago) but no result. It was only by chance that I came across these. Is there a need to keep customer search requests regularly reviewed ?

Both the ordering and delivery service were very good. However, the plates were smaller than I expected, but in excellent condition. I need to check the size more carefully if I order anything in future. I kept the items.

Chinasearch found exactly what I was looking for and in very good condition. I could buy the 3 replacement saucers I needed. It did take a while but the service came through in the end

Speedy service and corrected an error in the items ordered very quickly. MelF is very competent.

Easy to request a search , have bought a few replacement pieces this way. Search can take a while , no communication until they've found an item , then an email update. 4 stars given because it can be easy to think the search has been forgotten whilst waiting , a " holding " email from them would not go to waste.

Plates arrived on time in new condition. The only negative was the packaging which took ages to remove but at least there were no breakages
