Very happy with replacement saucers ordered. Shipping expensive, but I expected that as I live in Australia. However, I was unnerved by the estimate of duty payable. Happily, none was charged

Fairly prompt despatch and exceptionally well packed. The pattern match and quality of the plate was excellent but the bottom stamp differs from the Originals and the china is thicker and heavier. A "Guest" would not notice but as the owner of the service I did but it replaced the loss. Thank you.

Chinasearch is a good company to deal with. This time the plates were ‘shrink wrapped’ to the bottom of the box, However it was a very large box and it got squashed in the mail and fell apart. Royal Mail held it back and repackaged it but everything arrived in good order and unbroken.

Staff very helpful. Unfortunately packing not up to standard. A broken handle to a cup.
