No issues at all

Please to get the matching dinner plate for my old service which I love and is too good not to use. This dinner plate makes my numbers up again. thanks

Everything arrived as described, well packaged and in good condition

After some years of searching Chinasearch found an item which was difficult to obtain otherwise

The plates where very good ,I felt the soup bowls had lost a lot of colour for the price charged. The lady on the phone was very polite.

The service is excellent but these Chatsworth plates are disappointing; many design details are missing and the colours are much cruder than my original plates.

Excellent service. Only 4 stars as I think they should have offered me more money for what I sold to them.

I’m looking for extra items for my dinner service. So far only one plate found and quite pricey.

Found an unusual size of plate to replace one of a set which got broken. It took a little while, but they found it. Alas it was quite expensive, but it was what I wanted so I coughed up. It arrived promptly, well packaged and in good condition, exactly as described and just what I wanted. Would probably use again.

Somehow invoiced in euros and incurred a currency exchange charge.

It has taken over three years to obtain one of three items requested. This is much longer than I expected, but when the item was located it was delivered accurately and quickly. Lets hope that the remaining items are supplied a little quicker.

only 4 stars because although the products supplied matched their descriptions perfectly packaging was brilliant, the payment process had to be done over the phone. Somewhat nebulous excuse that my credit card didn't have the right security checks in place which I have never experience in all the 30 years I have used that card. Be honest, if you aren't set up do online payments involving an OTP with that card say so. Nevertheless I would happily recommend the service (with a caveat) and would use it again.
