Safe delivery of two pieces we’d been trying to source for a long time. Very good service all round

Excellent service. I was delighted when they found me some bowls after a long search. Three of the bowls were in perfect condition and Chinasearch rang me before delivery to say they were refunding the money for the fourth because of what turned out to be the tiniest of scratches on the rim. And they were very helpful in adjusting my delivery date to fit around a holiday.

I love my Royal Stafford bone china vase. It arrived beautifully packed and in perfect condition. It matches the Port Meirion jar with lid that belonged to my mother. The pink roses and gold edging are the same. So pleased I bought it.

Processed quickly and very well packaged. Bowls in perfect condition. Almost identical to a couple I've had for years. I know they are tough so took advantage of a special offer. Very pleased.

I have been waiting for about 3 years to get hold of Aynsley rimmed bowls. I could not believe that finally they were available. I managed to buy five to replace my old ones. Delivery was immediate. Items were well packaged and protected. Four of the bowls were in perfect condition as if never used before. One had a slight graze, due to its being used, but still worth buying.
