I am having to pay a whopping R1962.26 to collect my parcel from the post office. I have a form here from Parcelforce which says that my parcel was held in Durban due to incorrect paperwork. How is that possible when it was cleared in Johannesburg? That's what I paid you and Parcelforce to do was to get the correct paperwork done and now I have to fork out this huge amount. This is totally unacceptable. i have ordered stuff from you before and this has never happened. To say I'm livid is an understatement.
We are sorry that your order didn’t go as smoothly as others you have placed with us in the past – we appreciate how frustrating this must have been for you. We have discussed your case with Parcelforce’s International desk and the correct paperwork was sent with the parcel, though we have no control over decisions taken by customs as to whether orders are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. The charges applied in your case do appear high, though this is something which you would have to challenge directly with customs.

The delivery instructions were not observed. In fact the delivery person did not wait long…
The delivery instructions were not observed. In fact the delivery person did not wait long enough for me to get down the stairs to open the door. Instead of leaving the parcel under the porch (as the alternative mentioned in the order) the parcel was taken to central Woking which is most inconvenient as there is no close car parking.
I am glad that your china arrived safely. I am sorry that you had the inconvenience of having to collect your order when we had added your delivery instructions to the parcel. We will pass your comments onto Royal Mail.

Terrible delivery service. By using second class post two attempts of delivery failed with both items going missing. Only on the third attempt where I had to pay extra for parcel force tracked delivery was this successful. Staff were very argumentative and basically implied it was either my fault or pay pals fault for not providing an accurate address.

It appears china search can charge whatever they wish, I purchased my bowls origally for around £5 or less for perfects I paided £14+each in December ., for seconds, yet they offered peanuts for china I wanted to sell . Something not right somewhere , I`m NOT happy

the transportation company chosen was extremely inefficient and I had finally to go personally to the depot to get the parcel after having incurred extra costs due to the unnecessary telephone conversation with their services which costed me over 1£ per minute......

First jug arrived with a permanent mark in an obvious place. Replaced free of charge when I complained. Replacement jug has amounts of gold/gilt detailing worn/missing from spout area. Very poor quality control. Both of these items should never have been sent out.

Sorry there has been a delay in you receiving this order. I can see that this parcel came back to us as undelivered, it has now been sent out again and can see from the tracking that it was delivered in the 19th.

The large plates were what I asked for but the small dish and small plate are completely different. They are extremely light in weight and are nothing like the rest of my dinner service. I am extremely disappointed as I genuinely believed them to be of the same as the large plates.
They made 2 versions of this pattern one with a narrow rim and one with a wider rim which is the version you have. We have now made this clearer on the website. We have now recieved the incorrect items back and your refund has now been processed. We will let you know when we get the correct items into stock.

Expensive seconds (I did not think I was getting seconds) sent in a nasty wrapped package. Clearly I was ripped of.
'Good' condition may include marked seconds as stated in our buyers guide on our website. From years of experience we have found that, as well as being environmentally friendly, newspaper is one of the best packing materials available.

No communication from company. I had to phone them eventually. Price compared to similar products was 3 times higher and postage also cost more.
