Delighted to get a Spode jug after a 6 year search.I wanted it as a gift and now that it has been delivered I am thrilled. I was contacted to be informed that a jug had been found and everything was straight forward from then. The lady on the phone was very helpful and everything went smoothly. Thank you for a very efficient and stress free service. Will certainly use again.
