Excellent deal... but terrible delivery experience

Thank you for finding the part I had been searching for a long time, which arrived in perfect condition. As usual I should say as it is my third order in a year. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery by your partner GLS Roquemaure. There were several postponements for false reasons (address not found, missing phone number even though we had provided it...). It was so frustrating that I'm afraid I won’t be ordering again as long as you work with this new partner (with a bad reputation in France).
