Chinasearch: Customer Service at its Best.

Very professional but with the personal touch. From receiving the notification that you had found what I was looking for, to receiving the plate (very well packed, absolutely no danger of breakage) the whole process was very efficient, I was kept informed and most importantly answered a couple of questions I had very quickly. The taking of my payment by Mel, (couldn’t believe I was actually speaking to a very knowledgable person) was swiftly and most efficiently taken. The only small hiccup was the slightly late delivery by Royal Mail, but considering the time of year (between Christmas and the New Year) and the fact that Royal Mail did keep me informed of the delay this wasn’t a problem. All in all the Customer Service from Chinasearch.. was of the highest quality
