Locating the gravy boat piece for my daughter's grandmother's china was relatively easy. Having the name made it easier. The Chinasearch website was easy to use and the pictures of the item helped ensure I was looking at the correct piece. Ordering was easy. Price seemed a bit high but I'm not a china expert, just looking to complete my daughter's set. Shipping was a bit pricey but it did come from Great Britain not the United States and it arrived in perfect condition!
