The service I received was fantastic. I called as I couldn’t see the bowls I wanted on line despite ordering two the previous week. The lovely lady explained that they were now out of stock but she would take my details and send on my request when stock arrived but that it would probably be January. She rang me four hours later as a delivery had come in. She was as excited as I was and really went the extra mile. Not often customer service is this good. My bowls arrived perfectly packaged a couple of days later . Wonderful

Dishwasher safe though on average we break a couple every year and so top up regularly from Chinasearch. Having said which we use this set every day.. and have not for twenty years.
