All the pieces in my order arrived safely and are in excellent condition. As I live in Australia I ordered online on 4 November 2025, it was dispatched on the 7th and arrived at my home on the 10th at approximately 7pm. Amazing service! The use of much paper based protection arranged strategically in the box assured the contents were well protected. The coordination of all parties assured exceptional service.
The platter as you can see from the attached photo is unblemished, apparently very little used since its manufacture in 1996.
These match my current pieces, extra plates of this size are always useful.
