Fantastic customer service! I ordered 5 bowls but one was not a particularly good colour match with my others. The team at Cinasearch responded to my request to change it immediately and were both friendly and extremely helpful. Such great customer service is rare.
Additionally I was delighted that my goods were not packaged in plastic .
