Very friendly and helpful. We visited the business and were most impressed with the organization. Everything is perfectly clean, and items are easily found on their computer systems. My call from Germany was treated with easy helpfullness and exact measurements of the plates I wanted.
As with all the items I received, it was exactly what I wanted and in super condition
Although I accept that you want feedback, but as I bought several items to make up my set, I would prefer to say that overall I was very satisfied with both the items, the service, and the packing! Everything arrived safely in Germany with no problems.
