Very easy to order AND over the phone. Lady very helpful and polite. Informed me that you use Royal Mail so not to expect next day delivery. Chinasearch despatched on Monday and Royal Mail contacted me on Wednesday to arrange delivery. Slight hiccups with Royal Mail but eventually received cup and saucer in one piece!
