Very impressed with how quickly my crockery was delivered to me in New Zealand! Despite the warning that customs may delay the delivery, this didn't eventuate, and it was very exciting to unpack my pieces which have boosted my collection. On that note, the packaging was outstanding and all the pieces are in really good condition. I still need a few more saucers so will keep looking on your website.
Really happy to receive this replacement cake plate - my original one was broken in a house move. The packaging was superb - all the way from the UK to NZ and not a scratch or chip! I love my inherited china dinner set and it's fantastic to have found a website where I can purchase replacements for it and know I will receive high quality pieces.
The saucers I needed are for the standard coffee cup; one saucer however was for the demitasse cup which wasn't stated in the listing (they were all listed as "saucers"). It has a slightly wider rim for the cup to sit in, but still looks ok with the standard cup. Delighted with the quick service and the way all the items were so well wrapped. All of the things I bought were clean and bright and in good order.
