Greatly appreciate personal friendly service

Excellent! Telephone answered quickly, and very polite and helpful person. Identified what I wanted, and offered two style of milk jugs; one slightly damaged and other one to be sent if/when available. Jug arrived safely and is in daily use. We chose Aynsley April Rose afternoon tea service as one of our wedding presents in 1967. It it was taken with us to our homes in Malawi and Rhodesia and since 1974 when we returned to UK it is used every day by our family and friends. I am so glad we can replace inevitable breakages as we really enjoy using fine bone china for our early morning tea and afternoon tea and cake. And we still use loose leaf tea in a tea pot, although younger family prefer tea-bags! Best wishes to Aynsley and to China Search staff. Thank you all.
