Superb service!

I was contacted by a very polite person that the bowls I had been looking for had been found. She said they would be very carefully packaged and I would be notified when the parcel was on its way. I was most impressed by the amount of packaging - nothing g could possibly have slipped or broken. The bowls appeared to be ? perfect. So thank you very much for such superb service. I wish other companies could do as much or as well.
