We were very happy with the service we received. The plate arrived very promptly. The only problem was, it slid out of the packaging unexpectedly, but fortunately didn’t come to any harm.
We’re very happy to have another side plate to go with the rest of our set. We’d broken one and chipped another. Although we had to wait a long time for a plate to be found, when it came the service was very good
