As a company you should be very proud of Kay who answered the phone to me, following a big mistake in your Warehouse/Packing Department, following our significant monetary order of Denby Baroque Chinaware.
Unfortunately, a significant mistake was made in your warehouse, and the entirely wrong Denby pattern Marrakesh was sent out to us.
Following an immediate phone call to Kay, she arranged for the immediate (in less than 24 hours ?) return, and delivery of the correct Baroque order.
