Unbeatable customer service

I bought four cups. All were delivered promptly and well packed. One cup was chipped on the rim; I sent an email (with photograph) and received a telephone call, with apology, within MINUTES. A replacement was sent the same day. Whilst it was disappointing that one cup was damaged, the customer service that followed was unbeatable.
