I mistakenly ordered the wrong saucer for the Royal Doulton teacup I had also ordered as a surprise for my sister. Chinasearch kindly pointed out my mistake and corrected it for me, efficiently, without any fuss and in the most friendly way imaginable. Better customer service would be impossible to find anywhere else, I’m sure!
The saucer was in great condition and a perfect match for the teacup I had also ordered (once Chinasearch has kindly pointed out that my original order was for the wrong saucer, that is!).
The teacup had the slightest of tea marks around the base, which cleaned off without any difficulty with a little washing up liquid. Otherwise both cup and saucer were virtually as good-as-new.
