Extremely good. I have a 1970s Royal Doulton Dinner and Tea set and the pieces that had been broken over the years were all avaible on Chinasearch. I ordered the pieces I needed and they were with me in less than week. The dishes that arrived were in good condition. I will use this company again if required.
