Very good packaging and after-sales support

I ordered Royal Worcester's Kismet chinaware, to complete my collection. Since I live in the EU, there was a long and worrying delay in getting the package through Customs, but it finally arrived after 22 days. Kaye, at Chinasearch, was very helpful, reaching out to me by phone to let me know that their support didn't end with their sending the package. It was all very good. (28 Jan 2025).
